The hotel reception is the guardian, adviser and providing all information related to the stay.
A hotel room is rented for days. The hotel day lasts from 14:00 to 12:00 12:00 the next day.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 - 10:00.
If the guest did not specify the length of stay when renting a room - it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
Wishes to extend the stay should be reported by the hotel guest by 10:00 on the day when the room rental period expires. It will be fulfilled as far as possible.
A hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the room rental period has not expired.
Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00.
The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the hotel regulations during the previous stay.
The hotel is obliged to provide: - conditions for full and uninhibited rest of the guest; - security of the stay, including: security of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the guest; - professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the hotel; - cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of devices during the guest's absence, and in his presence only if he expresses such a wish.
At the guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge: - providing information related to stay and travel; - waking up at the appointed time; - storing money and valuables during the guest's stay at the hotel; - luggage storage; the hotel may refuse to accept luggage on dates other than the dates of the guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage.
The hotel's liability for loss or damage to valuables, money, securities, items of scientific or artistic value is limited, unless these items have been deposited at the reception desk.
Quiet hours are observed in the hotel from 22:00 to 10:00 7:00 the next day.
The behavior of guests and people using the hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
Each time when leaving the room, the guest should check that the door is closed and leave the key card at the reception. The reception issues a key card on the basis of a residence card.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. In case of violation of the smoking ban, the fine is PLN 500.00.
The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices in hotel rooms that are not part of the room equipment.
Personal belongings left by the departing guest in the hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. If the hotel does not receive such an instruction, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.
